Winterfest

Join us in January to celebrate all things winter at Winterfest at the Glenview Community Ice Center. Watch triple-header hockey games between Glenbrook South Titan Hockey Club and Saint Viator Hockey Club and see the Glenview Stars Hockey Association take on the St. Louis Sting. Enjoy a figure skating exhibition. Check out the Ice Center’s Ice Bumper Cars and participate in afternoon family public sessions or an evening glow stick public session. Enjoy food and drink at North Branch, and much more! Also, bid on silent auction items and participate in a 50/50 raffle. Items include two pairs of Blackhawks tickets on February 21 at 6:30 p.m. against the Flyers, signed puck by Chris Chelios, signed photo by Kendall Coyne, and assorted Park District and local business items. All proceeds benefit the Glenview Park Foundation.

Admission is $5 and includes:

Try your hand at RapidShot and RapidHands hockey training equipment.
Balloon Animal artist from 4-6 p.m.

Inquire at the Glenview Community Ice Center front desk to register on-site for a 15-minute skating lesson during the afternoon family skates with a Glenview Park District Skating Academy coach for just $15.

Pre-registration is required for Bumper Car Sessions only. Bumper Car Session registration and Public Session admission purchases include event admission.

Studio Rink- Ice Bumper Cars
4:15- 8:45 p.m., 15-minute sessions
Come bump around in the Ice Bumpers Cars on the Studio Rink at the Glenview Community Ice Center. Register here.

Rink B- Public Sessions
3:45-5:15 p.m & 5:50-6:35 p.m.   Family Skating
8:15-9:30 p.m.   Glow Stick Skate
Join us for open skating with admissions at $7 per skater and $4 skate rentals. Skaters 5 years old and under are admitted free with a skating adult. Paid admissions provide access to all public sessions.
